What counts as a domain?
One apex hostname (e.g. acme.com) = one domain in your plan. We probe it for SSL, WHOIS expiry, DNS records, and HTTP from outside — no agents on client servers, no credentials needed. www.acme.com and app.acme.com count as separate domains only if you add them explicitly.

Can I monitor someone else's domain?+
Yes — that's the point. We probe from outside, no agents installed and no credentials required. If the domain is reachable from the public internet, we can check it.
What happens at the domain limit?+
Your existing domains keep being monitored. The dashboard shows you're at cap and refuses to add new ones until you upgrade or remove some. We don't auto-charge you for overages.
Do you bill per teammate?+
No. The plan price is the total. Solo = 1 seat, Agency = 2 seats, Studio = 5. Need more? Email us — we'll quote a flat add-on, not per-seat.
What if I cancel?+
One click in the customer portal. 30-day money-back guarantee on every plan, no questions. After 30 days we pro-rate annual plans on cancel. Your data is exported as JSON + CSV, then deleted after 30 days. Full refund policy at /refunds.
Is there a free tier?+
No, but there's a 14-day trial — full feature set, no credit card. Past 14 days you pick a plan or your account pauses (data preserved for 30 days).
What about SLA?+
Our internal target is 99.9% on the dashboard and on cron-driven checks. Concrete SLA contracts are available on Studio and bespoke for fixed-term engagements.

PDF reports with your logo + footer text + accent colour. No Pleenx branding visible to your clients. Branded subdomain (Studio) lets clients hit status.youragency.com instead of pleenx.com URLs.
